Learning Technologies Lead

1. Learning
Technology
Responsible for the
introduction, design, development and management of learning technologies
within MillerCoors.
Tasked with
understanding and leveraging current tools; introducing new learning
tools to a blended learning approach, recognizing the value and
potential of investments while tracking the return on investment from both a
speed to competency perspective and business results standpoint.
Responsible for
implementation standards, governance, connections, workflow as it pertains to
learning and development technology.
Manages and develop
Instructional designers specific to leveraging technology for learning
Oversee content and
management of the LMS and JAM platform, as well as partner with the Mgr, HR
Systems to ensure LMS and JAM system functionality and governance 2. MCU Operations
Manages the HR
Learning Coordinators to ensure that learning logistics and administration
meets requirements.
Selects and manages
technology vendors
Manage project
budgets, administration of course offerings
Oversees logistics,
scheduling, in room technology, and administration of all FCLC with local
regional support and supports of other learning areas across the enterprise
Responsible for
sharing and promotion of FCLC to all audiences
Leads the internal Marketing and Branding
of MCU
Education and experience
Undergraduate degree a requirement, graduate degree a plus
Approximately 5-8 years experience delivering instructional
design in a corporate environment
Technical expertise; office
products, LMS, eLearning tools
Project management experience a plus Skills and
knowledge
Experience with design standards and quality metrics
Solid understanding of and demonstrated skills related to all
phases of the instructional systems design model.
Deep expertise in at
least one but preferably two of these specialty areas:
Instructional Design
Learning technologies
Training administration
Experience with Learning solutions hat take advantage of conventional and alternative learning strategies to meet the needs of the learner population and the business, which could include:
Ensuring an effective interface design
Leading
content development and organization
Selecting
media (images, audio, video, animation) that enhances the learner experience
Authoring
content
Strong ability to
work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities with multiple
stakeholders (COE)
Experience working in a
corporate university infrastructure preferred
Instructional design and adult learning certifications preferred
