Brief:
Position Purpose: Design and maintain innovative, engaging, experiential, high quality blended learning which meets the learning needs of the stakeholder and yields the envisaged skills transfer.

Experience & Qualifications:

Post Matric qualification within an educational, Human Resource or Learning and Development field or equivalent

Instructional design certification

3-5 years’ experience as an instructional designer (essential)

3-5 years’ experience as a facilitator or educationalist (preferred)

3-5 years’ experience in learning technologies and digital learning tools (essential for e-learning)

Learning and digital media courseware e.g. Storyline, Captivate, Photoshop, GoAnimate etc.

Knowledge of adult education principles and design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM.
