Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage & lead the execution of the Co-Branded Credit Card marketing activities designed to drive Card Acquisition, Activation, Engagement, and Spend
  • Manage the MyCruise® Rewards program, liaising with the Royal Rewards contact center to ensure seamless loyalty benefits delivery to the guests
  • Manage and develop the Bank of America and Visa partnerships, overseeing all program initiatives and fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work with finance and Bank of America to develop and manage monthly Credit Card reports, ensuring financial results are consistent with card acquisition and spend metrics across all channels
  • Grow credit card acquisition channels to maximize returns and drive credit card penetration, as well as explore and recommend new channel opportunities
  • Create ongoing and post-mortem campaign performance reports
  • Oversee the onboard incentive structure and ensure delivery of incentive payments
  • Supervise and develop two onboard credit card trainers, approving all training and other program collateral to ensure they meet bank requirements
  • Ensure 100% onboard compliance with credit card processes, application and collateral materials
  • Work with legal and leadership to review and execute partner contracts and addendums as needed
  • Ensure all partner contract commitments and obligations are met
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including the shipboard, creative, e-commerce, finance, accounting, product marketing, ensuring program objectives are integrated and compliant across all brands and channels
  • Manage and execute the Royal Caribbean Gift Card product, streamlining the operational processes while maximizing revenue
  • Track and report on success metrics for all credit card and gift card marketing initiatives
  • Manage 3rd party vendors and partners on creative and content development for the co-brand and gift card programs
  • Act as the subject matter expert on credit card and loyalty industry news, knowledge and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business or related field required. MBA preferred.
  • Must have at least 5-6 years of Marketing experience with strength creating and executing marketing plans
  • Focus on Loyalty Marketing with experience in travel industry and/or co-branded credit card program preferred
  • Knowledgeable of IBM/MAC; and MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Proficient in developing and interpreting financial models
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong editing and proofreading abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strength in developing and maintaining internal partnerships
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and comfortable self-starting on solutions
  • Customer centered, analytical and ROI based approach to decision making
  • Siebel Loyalty and AS400 familiarity a plus
