Landscape Superintendent

Position Description:

Responsible for managing existing landcape maintenance contracts, as well as procurring new business and contacting new leads generated by the company.

Duites & Repsonsibilties:

• Oversee and schedule landscape maintenance crews
• Hire and manage landscape employees
• Provide bids/proposals for installs/remodel work
• Supervise and maintain all existing landscape accounts
• Intermediary between the field operations and management
• Order nessecary materials and equipment for landscape jobs
• Ensure all OSHA/safety requirements are met
• Maintain company vechiles and landscape equipment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) –five (5) years of landscape work experience in a supervisory role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Organizational skills are a must
• Excellent communications skills
• Maintain professional demeanor/appearance at all times
• Experience with irrigation systems and plant materials
• Knowledgeable of plants and plant life
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Office is a plus
