Junior Web Developer – Full Time

We are currently seeking a full time web developer. Do you consider HTML, CSS, MySQL, PHP, and JS to be your native tongue? If the answer is yes, you might be just who we are looking for! As a key member of our agency team, you will be responsible for transforming exciting ideas into powerful working prototypes. Your development contributions will directly help us provide our clients with enhanced lead acquisition, increased brand awareness, and elevated customer growth.

You must have experience with DNS configurations, web hosting servers, and developing front and back end code with the following languages: HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Ajax, AMPscript, and HubL. Must have experience working with WordPress, Hubspot, API integrations, BigCommerce, ExactTarget, E-Commerce, and Relationship Database Experience, MySQL, & PHP Projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*

Assists with website blueprints, site architectures, and technical requirements to help brands differentiate, and exceed business objectives.

*

Converting PSD files generated by the creative team and transforming them compliant HTML, CSS, JS (Web pages, Email Newsletters, etc).

*

Develop PHP, MySQL, Ajax, and Javascript that meets technical requirements and strategy planning standards.

*

Utilize ExactTarget or similar systems to setup and execute single emails blasts or lead nurturing drip email campaigns.

*

Responsible for developing with the following in mind: conversion, brand guidelines, usability best practices, scenario testing, and user feedback.

*

Tests web programming to ensure functionality for active websites in multiple devices.

*

Presents progress to clients, manages approvals, feedback, revisions, etc and manages projects from beginning to end in order to meet project objectives.

*

Manages all Domain and Hosting Server Setup for all Accounts, including server space quotas, email servers, domain transfers, renewals, etc.

*

Maintains Contact Databases,Synchronization Across Fields, and Reports as needed.

*

Continuously looks for methods to improve internal production process to automate production, and build internal efficiencies, including: Code Libraries, Work Instructions, etc.

*

Remains current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to meet customer objectives.

*

Supports Account Managers and other staff with new custom estimates and identifies cross-sell opportunities.

*

Continuously supports Xzito’s Marketing to help increase web traffic, incoming leads, and customer conversions by promoting case studies, blogs, social posts, etc.

*

Manages time to ensure project/program are delivered on budget, and on-time.

*

Other duties may be assigned.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Google Drive, Office Suite, design software, internet software, and project management software.
