Responsibilities:

• Participate with the operation team to define plans for standardizing, scaling and enhancing our systems.
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Identify and implement automation strategies throughout the business.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, documentation and improvement of existing processes.
• Analyze and identify any problems that impact performance; provide possible causes and solutions.
• Monitor systems to ensure a very high level of security and maximum redundancy.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience using the following: Interpreted programming languages, Google Apps Script, Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks, Web Technologies HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Knowledge of Git for version control and deployment
• Experience with relational table design and implementation
• Self-starter, independent worker with strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team environment

Compensation: $35,000 – $60,000/year
