Junior Software Developer

HST Systems & Technology is a company that is in constant evolution and is recognized as a major contributor to the development and innovation of solutions for the entire Financial Ecosystem. We currently have an immediate opening for a Junior Systems Developer.

Job Description:

• You will be working with new products & solutions, analyzing requirements, helping to define architectures and actively participating in development
• Evaluating current products & solutions, assisting in the customization and evolution of these products
• Creating and reviews specifications and technical solutions, actively working with our Operation Team

Job Requirements:

• A curious and inquisitive spirit
• Formal IT training and education including: systems analysis, computer science, computer engineering, or any other related courses (preferred)
• Experience with development processes requiring technical agility
• Analytical capabilities, problem solving skills, ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to communicate effectively in both writing & oral

Experience Required:

• Knowledge of application servers (Tomcas, JBoss, WildFly Weblogic) and Cloud solutions
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server and NoSQL databases
• Experience with processing large volumes of transactions
• Experience with projects using Java EE architecture
• Experience developing RestFul APIs (Java)
• Excellent English and Spanish required, Portuguese helpful

Salary: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
