Working collaboratively with senior developers and business leaders to expand, enhance, and improve our ultra-low latency trading infrastructure platform

Receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced developers

Designing and implementing timely, high quality software solutions used for algorithmic trading, exchange connectivity, and research

Managing daily production releases utilizing a variety of technology and systems

Driving change by taking ownership of tasks from beginning to end and employing creative solutions within various areas of the stack to reinforce better, faster technology

Analyzing complex technical issues as well as proactively creating solutions

Providing technical expertise to support and troubleshoot our production environment in real time

What we’re looking for:
Problem solvers who are driven, self-motivated, and “outside of the box” thinkers

Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science or related field

Familiar and comfortable working with Linux operating system

Strong programming skills in C++/OOP/STL and understanding of general programming concepts

Strong knowledge with network and multi-threading programming

Experience with large scale software performance optimization including compiler tuning is a plus

Familiarity with Python and Bash shell scripting is a plus

Desire and interest to develop a career in the financial industry

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Must be motivated, dependable, and responsible
