Junior Project Manager

We are MediaRadar, a cloud-based ad sales information service. We help websites, magazines, television networks, and newspapers dramatically improve ad sales and client management. MediaRadar provides its clients with detailed brand analysis and prospecting reports on over 2.6 million brands, culling advertising and editorial insights from more than 16,000 media properties. We help to give our more than 1600 clients a competitive edge by empowering their Sales Teams to enhance and streamline their sales processes using our unique SaaS platform service.

You are a project manager, ready to collaborate with other members of the Operations Leadership Team and Operations department to create and execute projects.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects. This includes:
  
  • • Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progres
  • • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentatio
  • • Building and maintaining gantt chart
  • • Coordinating resource availability and allocatio
  • • Engaging in constant communication with stakeholder
  • • Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and technique
  • • Performing risk management to minimize project risk
  • • Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification technique
  • • Reporting and escalating to management as neede
  • • Leading post-mortems and capturing lessons learned
• • Develop and educate team on best practices for project execution and managemen
• • Mentor team members on project management concepts and documentatio

• • Identify opportunities for operation efficiency & propose efficiency improvement plan
• • Coordinate with the development department to prioritize development requests/initiatives

Requirements:
Who you are

• • Bachelor’s degree require
• • Strong Microsoft Excel skills require
• • 1+ years related work experience – operations environment preferre
• • Knowledge of project management process, tools, and technique
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• • Self-starter who is well-organized and pro-activ
• • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, change-centric environmen
• • PMP certification is a plu
• • SQL experience is a plu
• • Wrike experience is a plus
