IBI Group’s Pompano Beach, FL. office is searching for a Junior / Intermediate Software Developer to join its growing team. The applicant should be self-motivated and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment. Candidates are expected to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and should be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the design, development, and maintenance of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) software applications
• Utilize software programming skills working with a team of developers and engineers to design and implement leading edge integrated applications.
• Experience with all aspect of software engineering life-cycle Qualifications
• Currently (already) eligible to work in Florida (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 minimum years of experience with client-side web development (HTML, JavaScript and CSS) –
• Exp erience with .NET/C#, ASP.NET and Web Services
• Self motivated
• Enjoys collaborating with other developers and engineers
• Works well within a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL, ability to write complex queries and scripts

Additional Skills:

• Microsoft SQL Server
