Responsibilities:
The Junior Systems Analyst will be responsible for:

• Computer Upgrades and Maintenance – Assist IT Infrastructure team with software installation and updates, as well as new computer builds and upgrades.
• Configuration Management – Inventory management and configuration control of distributed desktop computer systems, printers, and associated peripherals e as required.
• General Help Desk Support – Provide front line support to our internal customers, mainly through the help desk support phone line and deskside support.

Qualifications:
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates for this position will possess the following skills:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study is preferred.
• Relevant technology certifications (A+, Network+, etc.) are preferred
• 1 – 2 years of prior experience resolving end-user computer issues.
• Strong telephone support skills, able to communicate effectively with remote users.
• Interpersonal skills – ability to work well with others as part of a growing team.
• Process minded – able to follow instructions and execute repeatable processes.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, basic computer networking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, able to diagnose and resolve issues.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn quickly and will be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial minded environment.
• Must be comfortable with up to 10% travel.
