Panova is a supply-chain solutions organization that specializes in solving technical and service problems for rubber components, plastic and complete products for a wide array of industries and markets.

Panova is headquartered in Towaco, NJ with an office in Shanghai, China.

Job Purpose:

The Junior Engineer will provide technical support for both Operations and the Sales and Marketing Teams. He/She is responsible for having a thorough technical understanding of Panova products, services and processes. The Junior Engineer must be able to work with and support team members throughout the global corporation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Perform product inspection and testing
• Provide Client, Sales and Operations support
• Implement and/or verify corrective actions
• Provide Solutions and Development support

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicant must be on one of the following educational paths:
• Junior credit standing at an accredited engineering program with a desire to complete a B.S. or B.E. degree in mechanical or industrial engineering part time while employed.
• A completed associate’s degree in a technical field with a desire to complete a 4-year engineering-related degree part time while employed.
• An engineering technology or similar 4-year undergraduate degree.
• SolidWorks experience preferred
