Junior Designer- 3D (Seattle)

Working directly with the Creative Director and Senior Designers to develop highly innovative and creative solutions for experiential design, retail design, event design and environmental graphics.

Key responsibilities and required skills include:

• Create and manage original, conceptual, and visually compelling work within a team and individually
• Understanding of integrated campaigns, branding, websites, banners, email, and social media
• Responsible for providing hands-on creative solutions for environments-related project work.
• Working closely with the Creative Director, Design Directors, and other senior members of staff in initial briefings, day-to-day direction, storyboarding, creative review meetings, etc.
• Developing a clear understanding of the proposal; organizing activities and responsibilities within projects; ensuring deadlines and project timelines are met.
• Degree in industrial design, interior design, or architecture.
• Experience in retail design or experiential design.
• Proven track record in creative idea generation and development.
• Experience with Adobe (Indd/Psd/Ai) suite, 3D Studio Max and Sketchup.
• Experience in hand sketching and quick idea visualization.
• Self-motivated, able to take concepts and get the ball rolling, multitasker, great team player.
• Can produce thoughtful work under tight timelines
