Jr Financial Analyst

Coral Graphic Services Inc. is a premium provider of printed material to the multimedia and publishing industries. We are seeking motivated & enthusiastic applicants for a Jr Financial Analyst position located in Hicksville NY.

This role will be a member of the company’s corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. The position will provide monthly reporting, analysis, creating efficiency, data management, forecasts, and annual budgets.

Salary 45-60k depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial presentation for CFO/Senior Management
• Monthly executive management reporting package
• Weekly and monthly financial and operational reporting
• Sales reconciliation and reporting
• P&L analysis
• Liaise with controllers from 3 separate entities to create consolidated reports
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budgets and related presentations
• Play integral part in customized software data management including upload of data, consolidating, and presenting/analyzing results
• Reconciliations between various enterprise systems and financial results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting required
• Minimum of 1 years related experience
• Strong analytical skills required
• **Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office including Excel (Pivot Tables), Word, and Power Point
• Ability to work with various enterprise systems and summarize data in a clear concise manner
• Ability to interpret results from analyses and provide recommendations/solutions
• Ability to prioritize on-going activities and organize multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
