The ISD Software Engineer will be responsible for:

• Researching, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining modules within clinical or financial applications which support multiple departments in the hospital.
• Providing analytical and technical guidance to clients.
• Participating in standards for development and software selection, and makes application processing and design recommendations both within the department and to application users in the hospital.

To qualify, you must have:

• Java JEE application development experience
• Hibernate (or another ORM tool) experience
• Spring experience
• Oracle Experience
• XML Experience
• Web 2.0 Experience (Javascript, AJAX, CSS)
• Web Service Framework (CXF or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field

Pluses:

• Struts I or Struts II experience
• Spring MVC
• Java JSF Experience
• Healthcare experience
• Oracle Forms Experience
• General Cerner Experience/exposure
• Cerner CCL experience
• Cerner MPage experience
