Java Developer MES

Role is for development manufacturing IOT applications connecting physical in-plant assets (OT) to enterprise IT systems. Individual will be part of a fast-paced Scrum team currently engaged in streaming various aspects of manufacturing operations

• 7-10 years of overall experience in development of manufacturing IT applications
• Must-Have

o working knowledge of manufacturing IT systems and applications including MES, MRP, Historian, Production Planning etc

o Knowledge and ability to design & implement enterprise containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes

o Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns

o Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes preferably in the role of a Scrum Master

• Hands-on development experience in Java, scripting (Python, Shell)
• Background in Automotive or any discrete manufacturing is a plus
• Bachelors/Masters in Engineering
