Java Developer

A financial software firm is actively seeking Senior Java Developers for their development team in Downtown Chicago and/or Downers Grove. The role will require hands on development of a cutting edge financial platform, used by industries most best asset management firms.

Previous financial knowledge and understanding of trade cycles and asset classes is crucial.

This position has come about as the firm has new initiatives revolving around the expansion of the firms client portfolio. The firm is looking for developers who are experts in scalability.

This is a full-time position for both new and experienced developers. The role would include a competitive Salary, Bonus, Vacation and other benefits. The company offers working locations in either Downtown Chicago or North Chicago Suburbs.

Requirements for this position include:

• 5+ Years of Core Java experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ Years of capital markets related financial experience
• Understanding of the trade life cycle
