Job Summary

Job Title: Java Developer with Spring Batch

Location:: San Jose, CA

Duration:: 12+ Months

Responsibilities and Duties

• Experience in JAVA development using Algorithm, Hibernate and Spring Batch
• Strong Core Java Skills
• Experience in WebServices (JAXRPC or JAXWS) technologies and Development approaches.
• Experience in Web application technologies and Frameworks (JSP, JSF, Servlets, JavaScript)
• Understanding of SOA and other frameworks is an added advantage
• Experience with SDLC and working with software development teams, QA coordination, UAT coordination, etc.
• Good communication skills (both written and oral)
• Leadership skills and must have prior experience in managing teams of 5 or more people
• Proactive and eager to learn new concepts and technologies; consistent and reliable
• Agile and ability to prioritize and work on multiple priorities
• Very good understanding of financial regulations
