IT / Technology Support Intern


Complex Media is seeking an IT/Technology Support Intern to join our NYC-based Tech team for the Summer Semester.

Current and / or former Apple Store employees are HIGHLY encouraged to apply.

Recent ACMT with knowledge of GSX repairs and procedures would be amazing, but is not required.

Responsibilities include:

Basic Helpdesk Support

Basic Troubleshooting Experience

Experience using a Helpdesk Ticketing System

Experience using JAMF Pro & MacOS Server

Basic Hardware Repair and Maintenance.

Recent MacOS troubleshooting skill set is absolutely required; we will not be reviewing candidates without this skill set.


Areas where experience will help consideration:

Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) with knowledge of GSX

JAMF Pro Mac management software experience (CCT or CCA certifications is a plus)

Cisco Merkai dashboard configuration and network equipment knowledge

IT Glue

Google G Suite administration proficiency

Active Directory user and group management and binding with Mac

Video experience is a plus

Adobe Premiere and After Effects troubleshooting and general knowledge
