Promesa Behavioral Health is a Private Non- Profit Social Services Agency

The Information Technology Technician will perform general technical support, functions, including physical installation, assembly, configuration and maintenance of the personal computers/servers for agency. An essential element of this classification is prompt and effective problem solving and troubleshooting through a centralized help desk for employees when system failures or dysfunctions occur.

Must have at least 2 years IT experience including experience with MS Server 2012 , Win 7 Pro, MS Off Suite, Terminal wkstn , Citrix Xenapp, VPN ., Cloud app support, Cisco and/or HP Route and Switch, certifications are a plus.
