IT Support Technician

We are seeking a mid-level technical support rep. This is a full-time position. The qualified candidate will have previous experience in the IT field.

This position will provide remote and occasional onsite support for our local business clients. The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

• Windows OS (XP – 10, Server 2008 – 2016)
• Active Directory (Creating user accounts, password resets, etc)
• Exchange Server (Creating mailboxes and configuring Outlook)
• TCP/IP (DNS, DHCP)
• Microsoft Office
• Basic Firewall Configs

Customer service skills are a must. This position will need to work independently and see a problem through to resolution.
