IT Support Specialist (Full Time)

Erie Family Health Centers is looking for a focused, responsible and detailed IT professional like you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line support, system configuration and specialized training to the user community across the organization; to maximize the effectiveness of the team’s utilization of technology to meet company and client goals
• Maintain users accounts by creating, modifying roles/permissions, and disabling/removing as appropriate across the various IT systems
• Configure, manage, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Erie’s supported assets and applications as directed
• Participate in projects to implement new technologies and/or drive process improvements
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all of Erie’s standards, policies and procedures

Requirements:

• IT related degree or the equivalent progressive experience in IT required
• 3-4 years Desktop support or network support experience and/or high aptitude in technology required
• Microsoft training and certification preferred
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ minimum certification required
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware functionality such as BIOS, operating systems, common applications, TCP/IP, RAM, HDD’s, TPM Chips, video cards, etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and move from user to user throughout the day. Must be able to climb stairs. Must be able to lift and carry 35lbs.
