Job Description

Project:
IT Quality Engineer – Looking for folks with extensive client based testing experience on desktop applications as well as applications on citrix Testing experience in applications on a help desk/ITIL system such as service-now.

Roles & Responsiblities:
The consulting resource is responsible for the following:
Creating test scripts

Modifying existng test scripts

Creating test plans

Delivering project status and test plans and results on a regular basis

Working closely with application subject matter experts, operations staff, application packaging engineers, and other QA staff as needed.

Knowledge of EPIC is required

Knowledge of HP ALM (Quality Center) required.

Other:
Completes accurate weekly time reporting in client tool

Other duties as directed by the Resource Manager

Creating test scripts

Modifying existing test scripts

Creating test plans

Delivering project status and test plans and results on a regular basis

Working closely with application subject matter experts, operations staff, Epic analysts, and other QA staff as needed.

Knowledge of EPIC is required

Knowledge of HP ALM (Quality Center) required.

This roles requires Epic testing experience for at least 6 months. It should be the core modules of Epic like Grand Central (ADT), Ambulatory, Cadence, Inpatient etc

We don’t need experience in EDI or SQL or Claims processing.

Required Skills & Experience:
extensive client based testing experience on desktop applications

extensive client based testing experience on citrix applications

Testing experience in applications on a help desk/ITIL system such as service-now

4 plus years experience as a QA analyst
