Project Manager

Provide leadership, intuition, negotiation, problem solving, and relationship building

Being an active influencer to drive projects and support our client’s culture

Responsibilities:

• Creating and championing the Project Charter
• Working with the project SMEs to develop a WBS to deliver the scope within the expected timeframe
• Developing a resource plan to support the deliverables
• Developing all required supporting project management documents per the customer’s requirements necessary to ensure successful execution
• Ensuring the quality standards and requirements defined in the project documentation are met
• Proactively identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues to mitigate impact to the project
• Providing overall leadership for the project

Experience:

• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management
• Independently led mid to large projects
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Proficient in project management software, such as MS project

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
• PMP certification or other formal framework of PM preferred
