Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and collaborate with domain development teams and Application Architects as the primary Infrastructure Architecture Consultant

Coordinate, administer and support road mapping, blue printing and solution implementation activities

Work with solution delivery teams on the actual end-to-end implementations (You will find yourself in a role which mixes that of individual contributor and technical team lead depending on the engagement)

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of overall IT experience

5+ years of focused experience in an infrastructure discipline (presales, design, operational support)

5+ years of experience in a technical architecture / solutions / delivery role

Working knowledge of networking and security technologies

2+ years of experience doing in depth design, implementation or troubleshooting for hosted applications

Experience with multi-tier hosted J2EE or .Net deployments incorporating multiple integration points with other applications

Experience with enterprise application architecture design patterns and how they translate into infrastructure deployments

Strong background in full life cycle application development

Preferred Qualifications:
Agile development experience

Focused experience in multiple infrastructure disciplines

A strong background in:
J2EE infrastructure design

Database integration

Message queuing

Virtualized server delivery

Network load balancing & firewalls

Highly available and geo-diverse configurations

Experience with evolving cloud strategies

Experience prototyping and performance tuning applications deployed across multiple operating systems, languages and computing platforms
