Opportunity with growing KC software company. Providing technical support to internal employees on nationwide basis.

• 2nd – 3rd shift positions available
• M-F 2:00pm – 10:00pm; 10:00pm – 6:00am

Summary: In this role you will provide remote technical support to internal staff at various nationwide locations.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous technical support experience
• Experience providing technical troubleshooting remotely over the phone
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
• Experience supporting password and account resets
• Skills creating service tickets/requests
• Experience working in Windows and Microsoft environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
