Engility Corporation is seeking a well-qualified Help Desk technician who will support a restricted program opening in the Washington, DC area. The candidate will be joining a small team of information technology professionals. Candidates must be self-starters and be able to solve complex problems with minimal supervision.

As a Help Desk technician, your duties may include providing telephone and desktop support for: Desktop computers (multiple operating systems and applications); Teleconferencing (scheduling, troubleshooting, teleconference setup); and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) systems.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
An active TS/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence (CI) polygraph 1+ years of demonstrated desk top or telephone support to customers The CompTIA A+CE certification (required). CompTIA Security+CE certification is desired Certification / documented training on Windows 7 / 8 / 10 operating system The ability to demonstrate above-average knowledge with support to the Microsoft Office suite of applications
