Position Summary: Ensure the stability and reliability of data access and data quality across the organization via reporting, ongoing database support and database maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Gather and analyze business requirements for application development when applicable.

Create application functionalities which meet the business needs.

Create and document application models and structures through flowcharts and user interface representations.

Work with application development staff to develop application architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures.

Provide end-user training as necessary with regards to the effective and efficient use of applications and resources.

Education/Experience:
Minimum two years of application development experience.

Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor in degree in the field of computer science or related field is required. Knowledge of medical billing practices is required.

Experience with C#, .NET and Structured Query Language is necessary.
