IT Associate

Job Summary:

As the IT Associate you will play an integral role at Revco Industries. You will provide technical support to employees and facilitate the use of technology within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for you if you are willing to provide great internal customer service, like working with people, and are excited about providing IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and advice to internal and remote users
• Maintain company computer systems
• Act as the primary point of communication between IT and end-users
• Assist with other duties as assigned by your IT Manager

Experience & Skills:

• Associate Degree or equivalent technical education
• At least 1-3 years of work experience
• Experience of PC and LAN troubleshooting
• Knowledge of MS client-server system
• Experience of standard applications such as MS Office, Symantec Antivirus, etc.
• Experience of ERP support and/or website managements are a plus
