The IT Analyst a critical role in a Company with a longstanding history and a promise of high-quality organic heirloom coffee. The IT Analyst will be responsible technical support of operating systems and technical platforms supporting Urth Caffe’s nine cafe locations including the Commissary and Corporate. The ideal candidate must have experience working in the restaurant industry using Point of Sales/Scheduling systems preferably Posi Touch and HotSchedules.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide advanced technical support for all Urth Caffe locations, located across Los Angeles, Orange and Las Vegas including the Commissary and corporate.
  • Manage network monitoring, servers WAP’s and firewalls for connectivity and security. Proactively monitor computing platforms for performance issues and respond within strict times frames and escalate incidents.
  • Manage and maintain all café locations Posi Touch and Back Office systems, ensure availability of operating systems.
  • Work closely with IT staff to install, support and maintain servers and storage file systems. Perform upgrades, including regularly patching
  • Respond to IT Support Tickets and perform on-call rotational support after office hours and on weekends for technical issues at the Café’s.
  • Manage network access, email and technical devices for Corporate active directory according to technical profiles.
  • Maintain log for all operating systems credentials, access codes and passwords.
  • Proactively plan and communicate for implementation of upcoming requirements and network integrations as needed.
  • Conduct routine hardware/software audits of servers to ensure compliance with standard policies, configurations, and up-to-date patching.
  • Research and make recommendations for network, hardware and software improvements and updates.
  • Serve as point of contact for telecommunications carriers and service providers and coordinate circuit design, provision, installation and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure high availability of Company voice and data platforms that support internal employee business functions and external customer contact.
  • Establish trust and credibility with colleagues and internal clients, through excellent communication customers service.

  • Work is repetitive standing, stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling and twistingRegularly required to lift no more than 25 pounds unassisted

  • Must be available to work outside normal business hours when necessary
  • Must be willing to respond to severity 1 issues on weekends

    Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
