Investment Real Estate Acquisitions / Sales Representative

Compass Pointe Realty is expanding, and we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, result oriented, and capable sales professional to join our real estate team. We are only interested in candidates that have at least 1 year of Real Estate sales experience. The Acquisitions Specialist will help to service and retain long-term managed clients by ensuring clients’ needs and expectations are met through delivering superior customer service.

This is an independent contractor position and is compensated by commission only.

Compensation: $60,000 – $120,000+ depending on ambition and ability!

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for, follow-up with, present to and service buyers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into buyers, and buyer agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
  • Identify properties that meet clients’ needs and growth strategy.
  • Prepare thoughtful analysis of properties including opinion of value, market comparables, and profitability
  • Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and other vendors as necessary to manage the due diligence process.
  • Demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitude, skills and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first and doing the right thing.
  • Prospects for leads daily with the intent of converting the leads into buyers.
  • Prospect for properties daily that meet the buyers’ investment criteria.
  • Create a sense of comfort and familiarity through ability to build rapport.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, lead generation, pre-qualifying potential clients, client cultivation, and consistent follow through.
  • Pro-actively engage in networking activities to form strategic alliances within industry associations, as well as to identify and pursue opportunities for new business.
  • Strengthen and evolve relationships with existing clients by educating them on all the services offered by the company in order to expand the scope of current projects and generate referrals.
  • Identify and communicate clients’ needs, problems and concerns to management / support team promptly.
  • Utilize contact management system with continuously updated information on prospects and clients.

Required Experience, Education & Skills

  • 1+ year of Real Estate experience required
  • Georgia Real Estate License
  • Self motivated, ambitious, and inspired to succeed
  • Eager to learn accountability, experience in sales, be a team player and have a great attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong phone skills to facilitate prospecting, and networking
  • Ability to be proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure. Be persistent and take initiative to work through challenging situations

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $60,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
