Investment Banking Analyst Opportunity – $200K+ Total Compensation

My client is a fast-growing boutique investment banking firm in Miami that is looking to add two analysts to their expanding team. This role will work with the senior managing directors on global transactions. The ideal person will have 1-2 years of experience, bilingual (English/Spanish) and an active Series 79 license. There will be excellent opportunities growth and career advancement. The base will be from $75-85K plus 2X multiple on the bonus for a total compensation in the low $200K’s.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing company financial statements
• Create financial models for projections
• Develop valuation models
• Monitor industry trends
• Prepare pitch books and presentations
• Meet with potential clients
• Special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in finance or related field (MBA preferred)
• 1+ years of investment banking experience
• Active Series 79 license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
