Investment Banking Analyst Intern

PC provides a broad range of banking and advisory services with a focus on the needs of small to midsized public companies and late stage private companies.

Job Description

The Intern will play an integral role in the deal sourcing and execution process. He/she will work closely with analysts and senior bankers. He/she will provide support for industry- and company-specific research, financial modeling and drafting marketing materials, and will assist with project marketing.

• Title – Investment Banking Analyst Intern
• 3- to 5-month internship program with potential conversion to full-time analyst
• H1B sponsorship will be provided for eligible candidates

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or master degree majoring in finance or the other business-related subjects
• 0 to 1 year experience in investment banking or private equity, preferably focused on middle-market space
• Must have the ability to write and draft thoughtful strategic thinking in memoranda and presentations
• Highly analytical with strong understanding of accounting and finance principles and experience performing financial and valuation analyses
• Strong industry and company research skills
• Good communications skills and ability to present thoughts and analysis professionally using Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail, confident and self-motivated
• Bilingual in Spanish required, effective written and oral communication skills
• Experience with working with Latin American investors and institutions
