Investment Banking Analyst

Identify and meet client needs, coordinating with client coverage teams

Develop pitch book presentations

Create financial models of alternative equity investments

Problem solve, generate options and recommend solutions

You’ll be working on Investment Banking Team in Houston, TX. We advise clients on a variety of transactions, including Sell/buy side M&A transactions, acquisitions & divestitures, as well as debt and equity financings, both domestic and cross border.

You have:

• a degree in finance, accounting, economics or engineering.
• some experience in investment banking or corporate finance, preferably in the oil & gas sector
• solid analytical and quantitative skills

You are:
