International Account Representative

Banesco USA is seeking International Account Representative for the International department.

Primary Job Duties

Assists consumer and business customers in their selection of various accounts, products and financial services available from the Bank; ensures cross-sell opportunities are presented by applying professional sales techniques.
Experience in opening international bank accounts.
Execute all operation responsibilities relative to opening and maintaining international accounts.
Provide quality customer service to all current and prospective customers.
Review customers account activity in order to insure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act.
Takes ownership for handling complex customer inquiries and follows through to completion.
Adhere strictly to compliance and operational policies & procedures in accordance with the Bank and regulatory standards.
Other duties as required.

Job Requirements

Education: Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in International banking.
Advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Jack Henry expertise is a plus.
