Purpose & Objective of Position

The Global Sponsorships team aims to provide first class experiences to our customers and employees through partner events and activations across the North and Latin American regions. Our goal is to streamline ticketing and operations to increase internal efficiencies, while helping build our brand’s external presence.

Expectations & Tasks

  • Manage ticketing across portfolio from end to end
    • Create template for customer communications
    • Set up events within ticketing platform
    • Upload invites, confirmations and reminder emails into ticketing platform
    • Manage e-tickets from Ticketmaster into SAP ticketing platform
    • Liaison between North & Latin American regions with all ticketing inquiries
    • Provide global property managers updates on ticketing allocations
  • Manage Storage & Operations
    • Manage and maintain sponsorships inventory
    • Organize and catalog office inventory for activation use

Skills / Competencies

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office
  • Language skills: Fluent in English
  • Soft skills: Organized, detailed driven, responsive and able to multi-task in a timely manner, strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, strong work ethic and positive attitude

Educational Requirements

  • Current student at a university or recent graduate
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Sports & Entertainment, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, & related fields

Qualifications
