What We Are Looking For:

Dickten Masch is a thermoplastics and thermoset molder on a strong growth track. As part of this growth, we are looking to add a dynamic individual to fill our Quality Engineering Internship. This is a paid internship and full-time, 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Plastics. We are looking for someone with an upbeat personality who will enjoy supporting Quality Engineering. This position will be an integral member of the team reporting directly to the Quality Manager.

The internship position will consist of working on continuous improvement of our quality system and quality procedures through projects designated by the quality manager and quality engineers. The projects will be very diverse and cover many different aspects of engineering ranging from Information Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Engineering as exposure to all roles in a company is inherent to a successful quality department. The intern will have responsibilities that include managing components of projects including update meetings, implementing and managing systems designed by the quality department and aiding in design and feedback as necessary. Make and perform training associated with the systems that they implement for current and future employees.
