Integrated Marketing Associate – Global Brand

The Global Brand Marketing Associate will support Global Brand Marketing Manager on:

Development of Global Annual Brand Communication idea & Brand campaign management:

initial briefing to final go-to-market (GTM) tactical execution & after action reviews

defining and delivering upon key milestones on the marketing calendar

providing agency management/direction support

consistent information sharing across internal Consumer Groups & Regional Teams

media distribution strategy support for all energy moments on the marketing calendar

Assist in development, implementation and adoption of 70/20/10 innovation model within NBi

Support on strategic thought leadership to help identify and activate media partners

Lead planning and delivery of bi-annual team innovation off-sites.

Coordinate the ongoing communication & in-person meetings between regional leads & global business teams (e.g. leading bi-weekly Core Team agenda, etc)

Responsible for developing and executing a quarterly brand report in order to share key learnings & best practices throughout the global system

Provide administrative budget support for Global Brand Team

Management of Marketing Efficiency Tool (MET) Global Marketing Calendar

The position requires strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills in order to work closely with the Global Marketing & Regional Teams, as well as various other functions across the organization.

Brand Campaigns & Content Creation Support; Strategic Media Partnership & Distribution Support; MET Global Calendar; Administrative Budget Support; Bi-annual Innovation Team Off-Site

Consumer Groups, Product Managers, International Core Marketing Team, Agencies, Media Partners

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reports To: Integrated Marketing Manager, Global Brand Qualifications

Education/Training: BA degree, 4+ years of marketing experience

Travel: 20% travel internationally and domestically. Be available for late night and early morning phone calls with regional teams.

Marketing experience with a Global Company including strategic development, creative execution & planning.

Experience in managing content creation / distribution in a marketing organization, advertising agency, or media planning/buying agency is highly preferred

Experience using Sports Marketing Assets to build a brand is preferred

Experience in developing and rolling out processes across a global organization

Experience in project management

Experience briefing and working with agencies to develop great work

Experience and strong understanding of managing a budget

Strong ability to take ownership –proactively identify solutions & be entrepreneurial

A collaborative, confident and creative thinker with global knowledge and understanding
