Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Compensation

  • Salary range: $40-50k + benefits + commissions ($100k+ potential)
  • Subscription sales model with commissions paid on new and recurring sales

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and qualify incoming leads
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships
  • Work with marketing to develop new leads through research, networking and targeted campaigns
  • Maintain customer, contact and sales opportunity records in CRM
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through follow-up calls, emails and social media
  • Present and demonstrate our software product via GoToMeeting
  • Manage entire sales process over the phone
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider other relevant experience.
  • 2+ years experience in a sales role
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Telephone sales experience required
  • Software / technology sales experience preferred

Other

  • This position is located in Lenexa, KS
  • Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
  • Minimal travel required
  • Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
