Information Systems Technician

The Information Systems Technician personnel are responsible for providing support for our customer facing information systems including, servers, networks, applications, and databases.

Job Duties:

• Maintain and troubleshoot Continuants monitoring solutions/devices
• Maintain and troubleshoot customer network servers, operating systems, and other network equipment
• Assist in the setup of new customers
• Conduct ongoing security risk assessments including the monitoring, investigation and reporting of security and access violations
• Review system performance statistics; perform system modifications and fixes
• Research, test and evaluate vendor hardware and software products

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related discipline (a minimum of 2 years IT experience may be substituted)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize IT support requests
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Microsoft or Cisco certifications are a plus
• Linux Professional Certification is a plus
• Salesforce/Remedy administration is a plus
