We are on the prowl for an IT specialist to assist us with the following:

Netsuite Administration

• Write saved searches and reports to meet business needs

• Write workflows to meet business needs

• Provide daily support, troubleshooting and informal training for all Netsuite users

• Develop mass updates and csv imports to handle large orders.

• Create new custom fields, lists, record types, forms etc to meet business needs

• Shape roles and permissions for all Netsuite users

IT Support

• Provide software and hardware support for +- 20 users using Macs and PCs

• Assist in the management of telephone and email software

• Assist Accounts Receivable with invoicing via various customer portals.

• Provide computer security advice and troubleshooting for users

• Business/Systems/Data Analysis

• Respond to business needs with analysis and design of technical solutions.

• Test that 3rd party software (e.g. Celigo, Pacejet) meets requirements

• Work with 3rd party software companies to implement and maintain EDI solutions for customers
