Inbound Catalog Phone Sales – Call Center

Hours of Work : Full-time

Duties to be Performed: Job duties include answering incoming calls from our customers regarding: pricing, availability, some service, some tech questions, and placing orders. These calls are to be answered in an upbeat professional manner with customer satisfaction as the #1 objective. Candidates should have knowledge of automotive aftermarket and high performance industry, but not necessary and will train. Candidates should be able to recognize, pursue, and capitalize on sales opportunities. Must have good communication skills and previous sales and customer service background.

Employees begin with 7 weeks of paid on-the-job training –

Starting Wage is $13.25! We prepare you to advance to Summit Racing’s Senior Phone Sales positions-$13.25 + Commission.

This is a full time, 2nd Shift Position 1:30-10pm and 3:30-Midnight. ((The 7 week training period hours are 8:30a-5:00p.)) Overtime may be available.

Skills and Abilities Needed: To perform this position successfully, a qualified applicant should demonstrate the following competencies: Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, basic sales ability, and be able to interact and communicate well with others. Applicant must have strong initiative and be motivated to succeed. The candidate must be able to recognize customer needs and problem solve using all tools at their disposal. Applicant must possess or have a sincere desire to learn some technical details about vehicle systems. Must be able to multitask, coordinate, and manage time effectively while maintaining professionalism with customers and co-workers. Candidate must be able to follow instructions and respond to leadership direction, meet previously determined department standards, and strive to increase both personal and team production.

Experience/Education Required: An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job:

  • Candidate must have a High School diploma or possess a GED equivalent;
  • College, call center, and customer service experience are a plus.
  • Proficient in Computer Environment-Position requires excellent computer experience with the ability to navigate multiple screens.
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the McDonough, Georgia area.
