Summary Job Statement

Implements and manages UNITED’s recruitment programs, policies and procedures. Ensures staffing processes align with current and future workforce needs. Other duties as assigned. Develops sources for qualified applicants by performing the following duties:

Responsibilities

  •  Maintains documents and processes on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, and announcements. Creates Monthly Open Position Report by location
  •  Conducts Pre-Screen Phone Interviews for all qualified candidates for open positions. Generates background, motor vehicle report and E-Verify screens, and compiles HR Review Template for all applicants by open position.
  •  Schedules and conducts new hire orientation and educates newly hired employees on United’s culture, brands and policies. Prepares and administers New Hire Paperwork. Distributes the Post Hire Medical
  •  History Questionnaire. Ensures I-9 Compliance within the first 3 days of employment.
  •  Coordinates Step One and PXT Assessments with qualified candidates and Reviews results with Hiring Manager. Collaborates with Hiring Manager prior to offer to determine successful candidate and discuss communication plan to other candidates. Creates and generates rejection notices for internal and external applicants.
  •  Develops and maintains contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants via face to face meetings. Manages on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs. Spends 4 days/quarter to develop institutional relationships.
  •  Processes Position Requisition and Collaborates with Hiring Manager and Employee Relations Manager on incremental positions and appropriate job titles and FAVR eligibility (car program). Creates Internal/External job postings and obtains approvals from Hiring Manager prior to posting.
  •  Maintains Coca-Cola United’s job line by location, and distributes job line business cards to Hiring Managers. Manages the Coca-Cola Careers’ email inbox by location and manages the Job Book at Front Desk.
  •  Schedules Pre-employment Drug Screen and Physical (if applicable) and communicates results and start date to Hiring Manager.
  •  Determines Internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or 2 to 3 year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  •  Must have a valid driver’s license and be in compliance with CCBCU Fleet Policy.
  •  SAP experience preferred
  •  Applicant tracking experience preferred
  •  Must be able to read and speak English.
  •  Must have experience with high volume application screening processes.
  •  Must be willing to travel throughout the Division. Additional duties as assigned.
