HR Assistant/Receptionist (Recent Graduate)

Scenario — a Cockram company is an exciting and growing business which delivers high quality design and manufacturing to the Theme Park industry. Scenario has recently established a factory in San Fernando, CA and in Orlando, FL to manufacture and assemble components related to Theme Park Show-Sets including Rockwork.

HR Assistant/Receptionist (Recent Graduate) – Full time with benefits!

Must have an interest to go into HR field. We will train!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• General Office tasks (combination of sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies)
• Answer phones and greet clients warmly
• Assist in filing duties
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties
• Compile financial records
• Reroute calls to appropriate people
• Answer inquiries about company
• Help organize office activities
• Take and deliver messages
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Fix malfunctioning office equipment
• Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for staff
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms
• Perform data entry
• Prepare payroll checks
