3 YEAR W2 CONTRACT : Sr TECH SUPPORT ( HELP DESK )

CONTRACT : W2

DURATION : 3 YEARS

ROLE : Sr TECH SUPPORT ( HELP DESK )

Skills : High Volume phone call support

Windows and DELL environment ,

IT help desk support to end users, some networking/cabling support , virtual desktops ,

( NON SERVER ENVIRONMENT) ,

SERVICENOW ticketing system ( HIGHLY PREFERRED) and

ITIL certified ( before starting the contract, even if not currently )

LOCATION : DALLAS , TX

SHIFTS : NIGHT SHIFTS and WEEKEND SHIFTS ( No bidding ON a 11 month initial period – then bid system)
