Help Desk – Customer Services and Information Technology Officer

Qualified candidates must possess excellent customer service consulting skills as well as excellent desktop diagnostic skills. All qualified candidates must be able and willing to work in a team setting. The support needed will encompass a full customer suite of applications.

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH ACTIVE GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCES AND APPROPRIATE POLY WILL BE CONSIDERED. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.

Duties

• Technical support on hardware and software,
• Diagnosing and resolving computer-related problems,
• Coordinating customer requirements with the network team,
• Assisting with the implementation of hardware/software upgrades and deliveries and reporting unresolved problems to appropriate technical personnel.
