Help Desk Analyst – 01215-7009 (IT Infrastructure)

The core responsibility of the Help Desk Representative is to provide direct support to the end user. The Help Desk Representative answers and records issues via telephone and email requests using the assigned help desk database. The help desk representative resolves customer issues, opens and takes ownership of incidents and service requests.

Min. 2 years of experience in related field and technologies

High School or Equivalancy Diploma Required

Valid Driver’s License required. Communication and Interpersonal skills, followup skills, ability to log and document issues in an automated help desk environment

Additional Information

Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.

Rotating Shifts may be required.
