Enjoy is the next generation of the retail store. Our highly-trained and friendly experts bring the store to you. We offer same-day delivery with help and setup of today’s premiere technology products that is free to users. Last year we doubled the markets we serve for a total of 16 with more to come this year including international expansion.

We are helping today’s premiere companies navigate the rapid shift from offline to online commerce by offering same-day delivery speed with a smile for their consumers. We believe that speed matters but the experience is what allows Enjoy to deliver outstanding value to consumers and partners which include some of the world’s largest consumer electronics and telecom carriers.

Enjoy is founded and led by Ron Johnson, former head of Apple Retail, and an executive team from leading retail, technology and design organizations like Apple, Facebook, and Amazon, to name a few.

Responsibilities.

  • Serve as primary business partner to key field and functional leaders by building relationships, assessing needs and translating them for the entire People Function
  • Manage employee relations processes and policies
  • In partnership with legal, design policies to protect our people and the organization
  • Provide coaching and counseling to senior field and functional leaders
  • Lead a direct team of People Success professionals
  • Partner closely with heads of recruiting, learning & development and Total Rewards to shape overall direction of the People function
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage company-wide talent and succession processes
  • Contribute to development and execution of people strategy

Requirements.

  • 15+ years of HR experience in high volume / retail environments
  • Deep experience with employee relations & investigation
  • Experience influencing and coaching senior leaders
  • Experience leading and influencing teams
  • Experience with market / geographical expansion
  • Experience leading international HR teams
  • Experience leading distributed workforces
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills in order to digest a lot of information, sort through the noise and prioritize work
  • Ability to assess organizational needs, identify and prioritize solutions
  • Excellent influence management skills
  • Servant leadership skills
  • Strong self-awareness in order to adjust and maximize effectiveness
  • Able to manage competing priorities while getting the most important work done
