Graphic Designer/Illustrator

Graphic Designer needed for t-shirt company

Local t-shirt company in need of an in-house graphic designer to contribute to our unique line of men’s urban t-shirts. The designer should be organized and able to prioritize his/ her workload with the awareness that priorities may shift at a given notice. The role of designer is essential to the success of our brand and we are looking to hire a personable individual who will not hesitate to take initiative and help out where needed. Job Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of PhotoShop and Illustrator.
• Demonstrated ability to design raster and vector artwork.
• Excellent typography and layout skills.
• Able to follow directions from Creative Director.
• Able to create designs that remain on brand while bringing his/her own creativity to each design.
• Ability to solve problems/ troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to create and print color separations for screen printing.
• General knowledge or the ability to gain an understanding of the screen printing process.
• Able to assist in developing concepts and layouts for print marketing and photo shoots.
• Some web knowledge a plus!

• Graphic Design: 2 years
