Attention to detail and sense of humor is a must!ResponsibilitiesDesign, communicate and document engaging and compelling creative solutions that meet education market needs and support business goalsCollaborate effectively with stakeholders to synthesize ideas and align with strategic marketing goals to effectively shape new products and servicesDeliver research-based and design-driven creative solutions and consistently and clearly articulate rationale in support of your decisionsRequirementsThis position requires a Bachelor degree in a relevant, creative, disciplineThree or more years of design experience producing both digital and print solutions is requiredExperience ideating e-learning products, including on-line training solutions is preferredDemonstrate master problem solving skills and ability to dissect complicated expectations to develop sound solutions is requiredAbility to develop wireframes using Axure is preferredAbility to demonstrate expert proficiency utilizing Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML (CSS is a plus) for design production is requiredStrong project management and presentation skills is requiredThis is a full-time, contract role via Quardev and is based in Columbus (Polaris), OH.No remote options.
